We roast only the Top 2% of beans grown in the world, roasting them the old-fashioned way - in small batches to exacting specifications. Our delicious flavors make great cold brew, and it's super easy to make yourself, right at home! We use Fluidized Air Bed Roasters, so our beans are constantly suspended in hot air until they reach the perfect level of roasting. This ensures no beans get left behind or stuck on the bottom, and get burned.

Our Highlander Grogg, a medium roast coffee, is the perfect combination of Irish Crème and Caramel, creating a smooth-bodied coffee with low acidity. A fan favorite, Highlander Grogg creates moments to savor and an aroma that is truly unlike any other. Each whole bean 5 lb. bag makes about 53 perfect 10-12 cup pots of flavored gourmet coffee.
